Behind every inspection programme, construction project, and quality assurance campaign is a team of qualified technical personnel who make it work on the ground. Altair Engineering Inspection provides the specialists — NDT technicians, rope access teams, QA/QC inspectors, API-certified inspectors, coded welders, and other skilled technical personnel — to staff your project with the right qualifications, the right experience, and the right supervision.
Technical Services at Altair Engineering Inspection is the supply of qualified, certified, and experienced technical personnel to client-managed inspection, construction, and quality assurance operations. It is distinct from casual labour hire in one critical respect: every person we deploy carries the specific technical qualification the role requires — not just a CV that mentions the discipline.
NDT technicians hold current PCN or ASNT Level 2 certifications in the methods they are deployed to perform. Rope access personnel hold current IRATA or SPRAT certification at the grade required by the scope of work. API inspectors hold current certification in the applicable API inspection programme. Welders are coded to the applicable welding procedure specification and material group. QA/QC inspectors have documented experience in the specific industry sector and applicable quality standard.
We do not supply personnel below the qualification threshold the role demands — and we do not represent personnel as holding certifications they do not hold. Every qualification submitted as part of a technical services mobilisation is current, verifiable, and specific to the deployment scope.
PCN / ASNT Level 2 certified technicians across conventional and advanced NDT methods — UT, PAUT, TOFD, RT, MT, PT, ET, VT — for site, shutdown, and laboratory deployment.
