Experienced quality assurance and quality control inspectors for construction, fabrication, and manufacturing programmes — providing weld inspection, dimensional verification, coating inspection, material traceability, hold point release, NCR management, and documentation control across the full lifecycle of your project quality plan.
Quality assurance and quality
control inspection is the independent verification that fabrication,
construction, and manufacturing activities conform to their specified
requirements — material specifications, dimensional tolerances, welding
procedure qualifications, coating specifications, and the applicable
construction code or client quality plan. QA/QC inspector supply is the
provision of qualified, experienced personnel to perform this verification
function on behalf of the client, owner-engineer, or third-party inspection
authority.
The distinction between QA and QC
is important: quality control is the detection and disposition of
nonconformances at the point of production — measuring, testing, and accepting
or rejecting individual outputs. Quality assurance is the systemic oversight of
the processes that produce those outputs — procedure review, WPS/PQR
verification, welder qualification confirmation, material traceability audit,
and inspection and test plan (ITP) management. Our QA/QC inspectors are
experienced in both functions and are deployed at the level of oversight the
project requires.
Every QA/QC inspector we supply
has documented industry sector experience relevant to the deployment scope —
oil and gas construction, offshore fabrication, power plant construction,
structural steelwork, pressure vessel and piping fabrication, or pipeline
construction. Generic construction inspection experience is not a substitute
for sector-specific knowledge of the applicable codes, the failure modes the
inspection is designed to prevent, and the document trail a regulatory or
certification authority will require.
